4.2 Successful Transactions

5. CRYPTO-TO-NAIRA TRANSFERS

Where cryptocurrency has been successfully converted and Naira settlement has been completed to the intended recipient, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.


5.2 Failed Settlements

* Cryptocurrency has been debited; but
* Naira settlement fails or remains incomplete,

Thunder Pay will investigate the transaction and may:

* Complete the settlement;
* Reverse the transaction where technically possible; or
* Refund the equivalent value where appropriate.

6. NAIRA DEPOSITS AND TRANSFERS

Successfully credited Naira deposits are generally non-refundable.
